break: sweet potato tots and 3 chunks of cantaloupe 2 bites of a terrible veggie burgers. 

snack: organic strawberries and 3 baby carrots. two bites of jasons mac and no cheese.

lunch: 16 oz chai latte with organic unsweetened almond milk and agave nectar

1 slice of low sodium spouted ezekial bread a serving of organic crunchy peanut butter and most of an organic banana. 

dinner: spinach salad with avocado, red pepper dressing and gardein chickun.

doing it early cause im busy for the rest of the day

break: red grapes a little bit of a chocolate soy drink 

lunch: vegan chicken with a ton of spinach fresh tomato avocado and a bit of vegan pesto aioli on ciabatta o em gee 

snack: organic baby carrots and about a serving of roasted garlic hummus with nutritional yeast mixed in.

i havent decided on dinner and am not hungry at allll right now so we shall see but i will probably have chai at some point.

break: pretzels and half a vitamin water

lunch: chai latte 3/4s of a huggggge vegan taco salad made with tons of fresh veggies and greens, quinoa, black beans, guacamole, soyrizo ,soy sour cream and a tiny bit of vegan cheese and blue corn chips.  lots of stuff in it so good and healthy and filling. 

dinner: most of a slice of lemon blueberry vegan cake(jason ate some) o em gee so good the cake was light the frosting was just sweet enough and the blueberries were fresh and amazing. 

1 bite of jasons vegan Cannoli. 

 i had cake for dinner and i have no regrets.  lol

dinner: two slices organic whole wheat bread some organic mushroom tomato sauce a bit of cheddar daiya and a gardein chickun breast also a venti chai latte with soy 

two slices bread 220 tomato sauce 45 daiya 80 gardein 100 chai latte 340  

1125 which is pretty good.

break: organic chai tea with light plain soymilk  strawberries with soy whipped cream 1 bite of a blueberry lara bar. 

lunch: baked organic blue corn chips a tiny amount of hummus  1 slice organic whole wheat bread with a amys organic california brown rice and veggie burger with organic kethcup

snack: 1/2 choc cookie

dinner: 1.5 slices of amys roasted vegetable pizza with daiya and gardein chickun 

not a great day health wise but im sure ill do better tomorrow. :) i just wish i had packed more veggies and fruit in.

yesterday i was busy and never got to it so im gonna try my best to remember what i ate

break: medium mocha coffee with soy 240 calories

1 navel orange 70 calories 2 strawberries 12 calories

snack: hummus and pretzels. hummus 150 calories pretzels 200 calories (i ate alot of pretzels)

lunch: two slices whole wheat bread 220 1/2 serving veganaise 40 1 serving tofurkey 100

dinner: 1 slice whole wheat bread 110 1 veg beer brat 240 organic mustard and organic kethup 50 

late night snack 1/2 organic whole wheat tortilla and more hummus 100 

1542 which is more than im happy about but ill do better today im making my own green tea latte and im going to eat more veggies today.   i was up way too late last night and i tend to eat more if im up too late.
